    Today is my first day of using the program on TMS Wiki. I have been consulting with a psychologist and although I truly believe my back pain is TMS, but just reading about it and researching is causing so much anxiety. It's like my brain has said"ok so you're not physically injured...let me throw some panic attacks at you and see if you pay attention!" I can see this is symptom substitution but exhausting and scary all the same.
