Day 1 day 1

Hi, I am starting today. I tried this a few years ago, it reduced my pain but didn't get rid of it. I am not sure I completely followed the program or not. I have pain in my upper hamstring, near the insertion point. I am 100% sure it is TMS and that I am causing or aggravating the pain. I think I have inflammation and irritation but I think my brain causes most of it. I have had PT etc, the pain comes and goes. Cognitively I accept that my pain is TMS, but emotionally I think I am connected to the pain, it has become a part of me and I think at some level I don't want to get rid of it all the way. My doubts and worries are that I tried before and failed and as said above I think some part of me at some level is invested in the pain and doesn't want to see it go completely - that may be holding me back.
