I was given Dr. Sarno's first book by a neighbor back in September. I read it, and like almost everyone else found myself on every page. I only read a couple of chapters that evening, but for the first time in almost 5 years I had no back/leg pain for 3 days! I wish I could say it lasted. Pain came back. I finished the book and went on to read his next 2 books. I started writing things down in a journal. Pain is still here, but fluctuates. I fully believe the TMS (now PPD?) diagnosis, and yet there are many times that I revert back to believing it's of a physical origin. This is Day 1 and I am really hopeful about this journey!
