I've never posted on any forum before. Ever. But I'm desperate to be free of pain in my left leg that has taken over my life recently. I eliminated pain in the same area simply by reading the Mindbody Prescription seven years ago so I am furious and mystified at its return. I've decided to follow this programme because I feel the need to DO something. And already reading some of the posts on here has brought huge comfort and inspiration. Thank you.

Good luck to you, Ben! Let the past success in healing give you great confidence that this too will heal. You'll be pain-free and back to your normal life soon, I'm sure!

Welcome to the forums Ben! I had also never really used forum before discovering this one, if it helps. Glad you found us! The SEP helped me tremendously, along with reading all the other books and posting on here. It's really an inspiration to hear everyone's stories. Keep posting and letting us know how you're doing!

Thank you. Taking it very slowly. Even though I've read and re-read Dr Sarno's books I'm finding a whole lite more in this programme

Thank you. I find I can't really manage everything prescribed for one day IN one day but working through all the suggested reading and exercises at my own pace. Determined not to give up.
