    Where i am right now?

Well i read sarno's book 2 weeks ago, initially i had 50% recovery but then i went back to where i was before .. . . appart from being able to sit down again.

Im not totally sure if i still have a little disc injury.... i dont know, i've had issues 4 months now so it mostly should be improved however i know things can take 6 months etc to heal sometimes. If something takes over 12 weeks to heal does that mean its TMS... idk.

I love the idea of TMS i can relate to it heavily, i probably fit all the diagnosis perfect.

I cant get my head around the fact that certain exercise/movements make my burning/pain/sensation worse. Maybe i need to take it slow when coming back to full movements? idk but sarno says dont hold back basically

Question to ponder, what would a life without TMS mean to me?

Well it would mean i was able to move around and exercise like i did 4 months ago however on top of that i would not fear small injury as i was before. I would still be a little careful because i would not want actual injury but from a fitness point of view i could get fit again. I could sleep fine also. I could continue the small targets i have for my life.

I do feel like i fear death hmmm, i fear pain, i like to be in peace

this is my personality typ apparently: http://imgur.com/a/v8iAp so i should be more assertive, i should try to feel more and also be observant
