    I don’t have any doubts this will work. What’s stopping me then? Why haven’t I worked on this sooner? Why aren’t I as excited about it as my boyfriend (who has successfully completed the program and is free of his original chronic pain) is? It feels like work. I am used to the pain and what life feels like carrying it along with me. Familiar territory. A 30 day commitment to videos and journaling? Work. Even when I know it will benefit me, I resist. It’s like those 10 minute workouts I guess. Is it just pure laziness?

    You know this works! Inquire gently into your "laziness" and be kind to yourself.

    Also, you might actually want to start with the TMS Recovery Program. It is exciting, with recordings of clients exploring their psychodynamics. Great stuff!
