I don’t have any doubts this will work. What’s stopping me then? Why haven’t I worked on this sooner? Why aren’t I as excited about it as my boyfriend (who has successfully completed the program and is free of his original chronic pain) is? It feels like work. I am used to the pain and what life feels like carrying it along with me. Familiar territory. A 30 day commitment to videos and journaling? Work. Even when I know it will benefit me, I resist. It’s like those 10 minute workouts I guess. Is it just pure laziness?
