I know I absolutely have TMS and I can be pain free forever more! I just need some guidance to do it so I'm glad I'm doing the SEP program :)

I have written my story on my page.

I am positive that this will work I just need help on why I'm waking up in excruciating pain at 4.30am every morning!

Our unconscious brain, which creates TMS, is active when we are sleeping, so TMS symptoms during sleep are very common. Just follow the SEP and eventually your pain will leave.

Welcome to the Forum! Your positive attitude will take you far.
