welcome to the forum dede......don't let time lines put pressure. go at your own pace and uncover things that you probably didn't know was fuelling the pain. don't give up....good luck!

I can't thank you enough for replying to me. I want to heal this pain and have a new life back more than anything in the world!
 
this is so great gerogethee.....its amazing how little time our doctors spend with us to discuss the mind body connection. hope your doing well.
