    Hello everyone,

This is day one of the program for me. I ordered the dr Sarno book, but haven't read it yet. Anyhow, I thought it would be a good idea to allready start with the program.

I do not know yet If I have TMS, but it does look like it. I have a hypertonic pelvic floor, which I am currently being treated for. My muscles are more relaxed now, but the feeling of pain is still there but changed. The pain moved more to my bladder. And my urthera burns/hurts too. Sometimes the skin around it burns. Funny thing is, in the past (10 years ago) I experienced the same pain I have now during a stressfull period. The hypertonic pelvic pain also started during a stressfull period, allthough more unconcious at first.

First, I have read alot of scary things about chronic pain and the incurability of it. After a couple of weeks I discovered the TMS syndrome, which made me more relaxed. I am at the start of my journey, not convinced yet, but I hope I will be that soon. I fit the personality description perfectly.
