Daily Affirmations or "sayings"

Pilot in pain

Peer Supporter
I am on day 11 of the program and have been seeing here and there on the posts some folks have their own daily affirmations and so on. I like the one in the video saying it is not the (action) that is causing the pain but the believe that the action is causing the pain is what is causing the pain. I am going to start using that daily.

Just curious does anyone else have any other gems like that they they use. I came up with "I control the brain so i control the pain" and whenever I get into a lot of pain from sitting I will start saying it.

Just curious if anyone else has a few solid ones?

Thanks!

I like Think Clean's phrase... Wouldn't it nice if my body was open and relaxed. It works wonders in actually calming down flare ups.
