Cruel irony

Isn't it ironic that the traits we have that most likely caused the sensations in the first place once we felt unsafe are the exact traits that are kept activated because of the sensations themselves.

Wowser, talk about a harsh learning curve.

Ptft......

So say for example you had a need to tey and control things because you feel unsafe and this ends up causing you your pain because you are in a situation you cant control but you work even harder to tey and control it. Then the pain starts and you end up tryint to use the same traits of control to fix the pain. Which isnt going to work because the controlling part of you is part of the proboem to start with.

Does that make sense?

So we identify these traits that make us more susceptible to having TMS and then realise we are using those exact traits to try and get rid of it.

So someone might have been a pwrfectionist before. And then they were in a situation where they were putting unrealistic expectations on themselves and this triggered the pain. That pwrson will then most likely try to do healing perfectly and feel unsafe unless they have uncovered the perfect forumla for healing.

I hope that makes sense
