Cortisol levels probably high due to stress?

    I generally feel like I can’t do much mentally during the afternoon, but at night im feeling better mentally. is this a problem?

    I think it becomes a problem if you worry and focus on it.
    I was exhausted for almost a year, needing to rest ever afternoon. Then I realized it was the same time every afternoon. Hmmm.
    Now, I was not very functional at this point and I realized I needed to a) try and move more b) re-find my interests so that I could attempt to redirect my mind, and c) for my very busy worried mind, rest it with meditation. It may only rest for 3-4 minutes right now in a 1 hr meditation but that’s an improvement.
    A whirling, busy mind and a body in pain can release chemicals we don’t need in the moment

    Don't exactly remember, but in the afternoon was horrible.

    so you're saying doing stuff that interest us can help improve our mind? I think so as well.
