Oi, pessoal.
Meu nome é Débora, tenho 29 anos e sou do Brasil.

Hy everyone.
My name is Débora, I'm 29 and from Brazil.
I have had chronic pain since 2017. Was diagnosted with Fibromialgia in 2019 and, of course, I didn't find too much relief in the traditional medicine.
I found out Sarno's books in late 2022.
I've been on my recovery journey for 3 years now.
Most of the time I feel good, but there are some triggers that keep firing the pain (specially the oldest ones).
I've been seeing a therapist here in Brazil that understands the process, for more than a year now.
Sometimes I get frustrated by how long it's taking.
But I keep going, trusting that someday I'll be pain free.
It's better than a lifetime of symptoms.
I've got my life back - not the oldest one -, a new life that I created which resonates to who I am now.
Even though I still have pain, I've eliminated depression, fatigue, anxiety, acid reflux and abdominal pain, and sleeping issues.

Since I found out about TMS, I wanted to bring the content to Brazil's population (Portuguese speakers). I finally started the project, with an Instagram account named @sindrome.mentecorpo (MindBody Syndrome in PT.)

Is there any Brazilian or Portuguese speakers here?
Let's connect!

Exciting news!
"The Mindbody Prescription" has been translated to Brazilian Portuguese.
It's called "O fim da dor".
And guess what - it was sponsored by someone who had a book cure.
It's available for purchase on Amazon: https://a.co/d/9urz2YC
It also has an Instagram page: @ofimdador.livro.
I'm in contact with Eduardo, the person who sponsored the translation, and I'm going to help him on the promotion of the book.
