Contacting Forum Admin

Does anyone know if the forum admin responds to direct messages? I have tried to ask a question about my account for over a month and have not received a response. Is there more than one admin? From what I can tell I am following procedures. Just not getting a response.
 
Drew, if you will PM me with your question, I'll personally forward it to Forest or perhaps I can answer it.
