my conditioning is so strong that even though i tell myself that for example i get pain when i sit at acomputer because i'm conditioned to do so i still expect the pain so i don't know how to overcome this. i do the affirmations, it is not sitting at a computer that causes pain it's the beliefs that sitting at computer causes pain that causes pain etc i hope this makes sense any suggestions would be greatly received many thanks

Then stay at the computer and tell yourself that this is ridiculous, there no way something like sitting causes pain.

I have the same issues when the weather gets bad and rains. I sit outside and say rain does not cause ,same issue when I am not active I get pain it's insane what our brain does
