not much except some anxiety on and off. The mornings are less frantic. I usually wake up with some stomach cramps, or so it has been for the last two years. Lately it’s bee n very mild. Now every morning I do a meditation revolving around my stomach or morning bowel movements (sorry to be descriptive) and it eases the cramps, pain and feeling of urgency which was very much fight or flight response exaggerating my sensations.

I still do meditations at night before bed, this helps me fall asleep.
