comment savoir si on a un STM/PPD ?

Bonjour,

Merci

This is continuing to hyper focus on the physical and the sense that one must be proven that tms is what you are suffering from.
Focus on the psychological. Look at the emotional symptoms (anxiety.. both your posts sound anxious) and personality traits Dr. Sarno lays out. This is the focus of the work he suggests we engage in. A few TMS Doctors may use the touch “test”, but nobody else does.

It’s fine to take them until you feel you can manage without them. This often takes some time. Withdrawing from these medications is a discussion to have with your psychiatrist who prescribed them. They can help you better decide when the time is right.

oui .

Hello @SEB T F 59,
Focusing on the physical will tell your brain that there's something wrong and the distraction is working and the symptoms will keep coming. When you mentioned Sarno's writings, it was about how the body physically manifests the symptoms. Once you accept that what you're dealing with is TMS, those parts can be dropped off, for sure.
I suggest going back to that book and reading the parts about the psychological part, and the suggested practices to deal with the symptoms. And, you do mention somatic tracking and meditation...
(Note: I am using Google Translate so there could be nuances missed in the likely coarse translation).

I wish you well!!
