    Hi all, for those of you familiar with Claire Weekes' work this is a joy to watch. I'm a big fan of Claire. Her book 'Hope and help for your nerves' was the helping hand I needed in the early days of TMS healing, and continues to be now. For those of you not familiar with Claire's work this is a wonderful introduction to her healing approach. It's a remarkably simple approach, and shows you that less is more when it comes to healing.

    Hope & Help For Your Nerves was the second book I read, after The Divided Mind. I think it's essential for anyone with anxiety. I wouldn't be where I am today without both doctors - their combined work is perfectly complementary.
