    I have severe pain and bedridden weather for 3 months now. I am trying out TMS now for 2 weeks now. I don't know what to do with the early morning pain that happens on certain days. I figured out that it may be because of nocturnal erection. What to do with it because it is completely outside my control at least I think it is outside my control? Thank you for any inputs
