Chronic fatigue syndrome

    When I healed my knees with TMS I imagine my my brain stop sending those pain signals to my knees and that works now I'm dealing with chronic fatigue syndrome I don't know how to relate to the brain to the body with chronic fatigue do I use it towards the adrenal glands Etc thank you

    Hi Albertson22,
    Your fatigue is symptoms related to "not feeling difficult feelings" according to Dr. Sarno, just like the knee pain. Just tell your whole mind-body "I am willing to feel my feelings. Stop the fatigue." That is my suggestion. It is all the same "system" which responds to seeing the truth. Don't get hung up on specifics, is my advice...
