    I also have to say that since I started this work I have been able to get 7 hours of sound, unmedicated sleep, about 4 nights out of 7! That is a miracle for me! I have always had chronic insomnia and before I began this program I would go 3 and 4 days in a row on 2 hours of sleep! So that's just another victory! My shoulder hurts when I do yoga. I'm going to be honest about that. I'm also not going to stop doing yoga! One day, it won't hurt anymore when I do yoga!

    Hi, Annarowens. I agree with Andy that it's great you are sleeping better and continuing to do yoga despite any pain. You're progressing wonderfully in the SEProgram.
