Day 1 CFS for 27 years. Working this program that works.

Since this has worked for others, this will work for me too.

Nearly my entire adulthood has me sick with CFS. Though I never lay down to die. I have hope that working through this course will be the answer for me.

Day 1 said to make a post and so I did.

Grateful17 made a really interesting point about how she was doing the program before discovering Dr. Sarno - and while she had been making progress with her symptoms, she wasn't getting information about the emotional basis for them, so learning about TMS was an important piece of the puzzle.

Hi Branson,
Welcome to the SEP and the wonderful Forum here. I think of all the things that Dr. Sarno's work addresses and where the placebo effect fails consistently, is CFS, and Fibromyalgia. Nothing seems to actually work except a mind-body approach, and Dr. Sarno's, in my opinion, is the most simple and direct. Good luck in your journey.
