I'm no expert on central sensitization but found out this about it on the web:
Central sensitization is a condition of the nervous system that is associated with the development and maintenance of chronic pain. When central sensitization occurs, the nervous system goes through a process called “wind-up” and gets regulated in a persistent state of high reactivity. This persistent, or regulated, state of reactivity subsequently comes to maintain pain even after the initial injury might be healed.
It sounds like another symptom caused by TMS. That's how I would treat it.
You might want to ask a TMS therapist about it.

I believe that is what I have. My poor nervous system is a wreak but I'm treating my body gently and trying not to just pull the carpet from under me (or under my pelvis, haha)
