Can you injure yourself because of TMS symptoms?

There's just this one thing I've been wondering. I would love to follow Sarno's advice and resume my favourite sports. My symptoms have improved, but I was wondering if I could injure myself because sports would make a symptom worse.

What I mean is: one of my symptoms led to weak rotator cuff muscles and nerve pain. I am 90% sure that these symptoms are TMS. Let's assume they are all TMS.

What if I go rock climbing, and I tear a muscle or damage a nerve because the muscle or nerve is ALREADY weak from TMS and not able to withstand the physical stress of climbing?

Any thoughts or answers on this?

    Thanks!

TMS will not weaken any muscle or nerve. If you injure anything while doing a sport it would be an acute injury which will heal.
