Can someone please explain "Personality Traits" on the TMS List?

Hi guys!

I´m not sure I understand what I should put down under "Personality Traits" at the TMS list? I do understand the mening of the words, but can anyone give an example on what to write?

Things like perfectionism, being overly conscientious, the need to be "nice" all the time, etc.
