    I am bedridden with Rs I and also with chronic abdominal and pelvic pain. I cannot read books but I can listen to audiobooks. I only found the mind body book on YouTube. Can anyone please share the links including the ones from Amazon of audio books that I can hear? I am not able to operate a computer or mobile phone easily now and therefore have to request for some easy solution. Thank you for your understanding
