This is only my personal opinion, but I recently had a "light bulb" go off...

TMS pain is due to mild oxygen deprivation (caused by repressed emotions). Also Sarno stated in his books that many TMS suffers feel some mild relief when given a deep massage and other PT methods that increase blood flow. I noticed recently that my pain levels are decreased some in the mid-mornings after I partake in my "daily Grande Latte for the Bucks". Since caffeine intake is known to increase blood circulation this is added proof to Sarno's thought process regarding mild oxygen deprivation and pain!!!

I feel the same way after a cup....but don't be fooled your just condition to think it helps ( PLACEBO)....caffeine is a stimulant so that's why we get this rush....I know it's a condition response but it still diminishes my pain
