Burning pain

    Yes I can, I had COVID over Christmas then on the 2nd of January I started taking insulin for type two diabetes as I couldn’t take the tablets then on the 7th of January my mum was rushed to hospital and almost died. She never returned home and I had to put her into a nursing home and as I was so ill I couldn’t visit her very often, where as before I was with her every day. Thank you so much for your response it’s really helpful.

    Hi everyone just thought I’d post as I’m once again hit with this awful body burning. It’s a really bad flare up so really need some reassurance. it’s been almost 11 years since this burning stinging tingling started. At first it almost took my life it was that bad. After the many many tests I had all proving clear ur became obvious to me that my mind had found a voice.
    Once I accepted this is truly TMS I found a place of calm. My symptoms calmed and although they never fully resolved and I am still on meds they were much easier to live with. I had my life back. However, the last four weeks have been awful, I feel back to where I started, scared and so anxious. Of course this is feeding my symptoms. I need to accept and not be scared of and listen to what my body is telling me. I could really do with some kind words and understanding. Please if there is anyone out there suffering from what I have please post a reply. I would be beyond grateful. Thank you in advance xx

    What about someone who is not suffering from what you have? Do you believe that our TMS-related advice is irrelevant to your experience?

    Really think about this question with full TMS awareness.

    And have you gone back to your other big (three pages) thread from 2016 and re-read everything? It's still completely relevant. Find it at the Postings tab on your profile page.

    Do this while you contemplate the many things that have changed and occurred since 2016 - both personally and in the outside world. The trigger for your continuing distress is there.
