Broken links

Hello,

First of all - this is my first post here, so good meeting you all.

I have been reading through the TMS Recovery Program, and it has been incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, a bunch of links in the article are broken. For example:

Exercise in Generating Self Compassion

I would really like access to these materials. If someone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Hi there Levin, and thanks for pointing this out. Unfortunately, those are outside links to Alan's website for his clinic. Alan donated his program to us, which means that we have no control over the content.

I guess I could contact them using the link at the 404 message, and repeat what you said with that example.

In order for me to provide them with as much information as possible, would you please provide me with the url on our forum where that link resides?

No guarantees, however, as this kind of thing is the natural evolution of the internet, so you you'll want to accept the imperfection and impermanence, and move on ;) (Just say No to FOMO!)

Haha, I read my post and realized I could just do the same, so I completely rewrote it, but you were way ahead of me! We'll just wait and see!

I'm happy to inform you these materials can still be accessed. It frustrated me enough so I went and dug those up :D.
I used the tool waybackmachine

missing links:

Of course if someone with rights to edit the webpage wants to she can redownload these files and put them up on this server instead. That would fix it for good.
