Bright red left side of my throat, and pain.

I don’t have pain when I swallow, I also have acid reflux, and gum sensitivity. My left sife is bright red. My ENT told me I have a silent reflux. I Am afraid this might turn into cancer with time. Sometimes it gets better but sometimes is painful and is always the same side of my throat. I also have to get my wisdom teeth out but the maxilofacial surgeon told it has nothing to do with wisdom teeth. Has someone had a similar case?
