Day 13 Books/Articles i have found most helpful

Beloved Grand Eagle
The Divided Mind by Sarno - sometimes hard to read but excellent
The Great Pain Deception by Ozanich - still reading, about halfway, but I like his style, easier reading and has some great insights.
http://www.tmshelp.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7765 a link I was sent by a fellow fibro sufferer. Has really useful ways of dealing with the stress/pain/emotion cycles, so we don't get 'trapped' in there.

I forgot to answer this on my Day 13, so I will hitchhike a ride on your post. :-) I really liked The Divided Mind too. I'm dipping back into it again. Ace's list from TMSHelp that you linked to is another of my favorites too. I also printed Monte Heuftle's post on sitting with feelings. I will look for a link.

Now I need to go read The Great Pain Deception, but I think I will wait awhile so that I don't distract myself from "doing." :-)

My two favorites are "Hope and Help for your Nerves," by Claire Weekes, and "The Hidden Psychology of Pain," by James Alexander. They're very different and they compliment each other.

I also occasionally meditate on one of Ace's Keys--they are good to go back to when you need a short boost. Monte's "Sitting with Feelings" is also good, though now I don't really need to read it anymore, I just do it.
