After you meditate take a few minutes a make a forum post on how it went. Did you have trouble meditating? Do you have any questions regarding how to do it? More importantly how did meditating make you feel? The body scan meditation was decent. I'm happy that I meditated for five minutes sitting up, and didn't have pain! This is a success for me as before it was about two minutes before I started feeling pain. This meditation made me feel relaxed, a little bit sleepy. It was nice.
