Bladder pain & incontinence

Over the past year or so on and off I’ve been getting suspected UTIs, trying antibiotics that work at first and then stop working. It’s mostly urgency and bladder pain and pressure. I’ve mostly accepted that this is TMS with results continually coming back normal.

The other issue I have is what I struggle to know is TMS. In the past few years I’ve noticed I’ve gotten more and more stress incontinence. If I’m dancing or jumping at a concert, or more recently when I picked up my niece and was running with her, I’d notice leakage that was really uncomfortable and embarrassing,

I’m a woman in my early thirties and haven’t had kids, so I’m pretty concerned this is happening now. I’ve thought about going to a pelvic floor therapist and working on strength, but then that feels counterintuitive to TMS work. Although I also know sometimes things aren’t TMS either. Just wanting opinions on especially this issue.

We aren't medical specialists here, so I highly recommend that you get cleared by a medical professional about the leakage/incontinence issue. Once a medical professional tells you nothing is wrong medically, then we can feel comfortable giving you advice about treating it as TMS.

Frequent UTIs does come up pretty often here as a TMS issue. Have you tried putting different search terms in the search bar and seeing what others have posted about it over the years? It can be really useful.

I looked over your past postings and see that you have (like many of us) many shifting symptoms. What are you doing to work on your TMS? Are you doing a daily TMS recovery program?
