Hi guys,
Haven’t been here for a while, and sorry about it... I think this might be a little problem, when people get better they move on with their lives... there’s a few good people in this forum that sticks after getting better, thumbs up to them...
Alright, so on a little positive note, I recovered from 5 years of back-pain about two years ago because of dr. Sarno and this forum, it gave me my life back and I was able to do stuff I thought i’d never do again like play gilf and even walk the entire 18 holes. Seriously, its a Miracle...
I’ve been pain free for almost 2 years, little twinge here and there but mostly pain free. In the last 2 years I started my own business and have been under a great deal of stress, and like most tmser, i’m not really good at dealing with stress.
Anyway, the last 2-3 months have been really hard, both in my business and in my personnal life, + I live in canada, so seasonal depression was present as well.
About two weeks ago, I started to feel some pain in my foot, that I never gelt before, I have to say that it was the peak of the stress period for me and in addition, for some reason it coincided with Tiger Woods return to golf and his speach about how good his surgery went. I’m not stupid, Tiger Woods is one of my idol and I know that deeply inside me, his retun and opinion integrated doubt in my mind, and my brain took advantage of it. At the same time, it tell’s me that I probably did not fully finished the process of TMS if it sticks around...
Anybody had to deal with bad relapse? I haven’ Had the pain that I have now in more than 2 years... what have you guys done? Simply go under the same process you went the first time?
Thanks,
And for those who are knew to this process, i’m the living proof that TMS works... how can my pain gone away for more than two years without any structural change if it wasn’t tms?
