I'll write down a few smaller events because I haven't had a single one that seems like a game changer. I went running at night once and did a couple of sprints. That felt big because when I jog I usually feel asymmetric and tired. The sprints made feel like my body was tough and that I could get through this. Unfortunately I only did this once- it would be a good idea for me to try again. I've also had some good days playing basketball as well. Those started before I began the SEP but may be worth noting. Overall things are still tough.
