Beautiful article on letting go that I thought I would share

Hi, Stef. Thanks for sharing that article. Letting go, for me, came after forgiving (my parents for divorcing when I was seven.)
That came from journaling in the Structured Educational Program and realizing they had their own TMS pains, stemming from
financial problems in the 193os Great Depression. Most of us have those same problems today in this crazy economy.
We survived in the 1930s and we can again today. Letting go helps a lot.
