Bad Day

    Have not been on for awhile .... Been ok the last few weeks low level of pain... But as I am closer to selling my home and moving threw the divorce maze .... The pain in my feet and hands have reached aggravating levels of discomfort ...
    I stopped all journaling, meditating , and therapy session .. I felt that these modalities was keeping in the dark space basically they where reminders that I am always in pain , and could not move on ...

    That sucks! Sometimes I find it beneficial to just read around here and make a few posts. Another worthwhile technique is to remember that your mood and current outlook are only temporary and try to 'float' past it. I also don't like journaling because it sometimes puts me into to dark of a mood.
