When I was a teenager, after experiencing stomach pain after dinner at a hotel, I soon developed a range of symptoms including bad breath and a yellow tongue. I went to several doctors, some of which couldn't identify the issue even after looking at the scans, but the last two doctors concluded that I had acid reflux even though I do not experience any pain and rarely get heartburn.
Deep down I know this is TMS and my mind is trying to force me to focus on my body, even so, for reassurance, I wanted to ask if maybe someone experienced this or knows for a fact that it is TMS?
