Day 25 Back to it just moving around

    I feel like I am seeing ever more clearly and clearly that anytime my fears or worries kick up the TMS does also.

    Now it’s just work on conditioning. Every morning I would get cramps and pain and the urge to use the toilet. It’s gone down significantly since I started to wake up earlier and just going about my day instead of actively trying to meditate on the pain. This might work for some but it seems that the more I can focus on my life the more the rest falls into place in a normal fashion.

    That’s it. Not much else besides just working with being engaged in life and allowing some of the residual pains to work themselves out as more and more fear dissipates
