Day 18 Back spasms

i continue to work through things as best as I can and for the most part I recognize and am able to make my pain subside. However every morning for the last 3 months I get acute back pain that happens on either side of my spine. Sometimes it's low back other times middle and other times just below my scapula.

Besides whats going on in my life and recovering from tms and other pain I can't think of much else that is causing the back spasms. One thing I did notice is any time I do fun activities like fishing, my back pain will shoot through the roof. I try to accept it as best as I can and it does go away when I have to change a lure or net the fish as it seems my mind changes focus.

I will try journaling. Any suggestions are welcome.
