Has anyone else experienced this ?

In February my back pain started out in the lower left area.

As of a few weeks ago it has moved more to the middle region in the middle where my spine is or alittle bit to my upper back as well.

I also haven't really done much tms work besides trying to not obess or fear my symptoms but just accepting them and getting on with my life (weightlifting) playing basketball again.

And I'm going on vacation on friday to the Monday which I'm excited for.

Yep, it happens to me too. I take it as proof that it's not a structural issue.

That is how TMS behaves. The pain can move from one location to another. The pain can also disappear and a completely different symptom can pop up!
