It's my 2nd time working this program and I'm humbled by the fact that I'm still struggling with my TMS.

The good news is that my last go round completely cured all pain in my neck, shoulder and both sides of my lower back. I had struggled with that pain for about 12 years. Dr Sarno and this program helped my unlock some major major shit and I'm so grateful. YAY SUCCESS and THANK YOU

Now, the pain is different - episodic and characterized by tingling and numbness in my arms and legs. As another poster had written - since this pain is different, it feels like my mind was trying to trick me into thinking it's not TMS. Well it is.

Back to the drawing board. Back to my journal. Back to taking the time to slow down to feel and talk about my emotions.
This is very raw and real and I'm grateful and hopeful and ready to start again.

Hi, srton. You are experiencing new pain but you healed before through your belief in TMS, so you will heal again. Maybe something new has come up in your life that is triggering past emotions. The SEProgram will help you to discover them. Journaling about our emotions brings to the surface the ones causing our pain.
