Here's an article I googled while looking up prolotherapy. I haven't read it word for word but it seems to have merit. I don't know if Dr. Sarno is in there but it wouldn't surprise me as TMS has so many detractors who think it's too good to be true based on not looking into it deeply enough:

Hope it can save some of you some time and money, I spent enough on a lot of this stuff.

Thank Tom, that's a good article. It's a shame people find TMS healing last, otherwise this type of article could help save time, money and frustration.

Thanks, Tom, for sharing that article. I like the idea of touching can be "healing hands." To me, a hug is the same. When I stroke my dog, she purrs like a kitten. When I was a rewrite man at the Chicago Tribune, a very stressful job, the editor in charge used to spend his lunch hour getting a massage.
It relieved the morning's stresses and helped him get through the afternoon's. I never saw him do deep breathing. Neither of us knew about it at the time.
