About 6 months ago, I visited a friend at a nursing home. His wife pointed at a nice old lady sitting in the hallway and told me that the lady arrived to the nursing home completely incapacitated by arthritis in her hands. She signed up for a jewelry making class and started making jewelry.

A year later, nearly every resident of the home and their relatives had a jewelry piece made by the lady and her arthritic hands were pain-free and flexible again. This is a true story.
