    Barb, an excellent article. Thanks for sharing it.
    I've dragged it to my desktop for future reading and reminding.

    I've had some neck pain and know it's from being on the computer a lot
    (writing a new book that I love but it keeps me sitting in one position too long).

    Moving my neck and shoulders, and taking short breaks from the computer, helps.
