I am trying my best to read, listen and apply but after more then twenty years of pain and basically some TMS since I remember, not sure I will recover without some professional help.
Are there any professional therpeuths in Canada? Quebec , if not Onatrio?
If not, any professional working by phone/zoom/skype ?
