Are all RSI TMS?

I do have a long history of TMS symptoms. Even some that ate not in the books. Yet i beeing dealing with a Lot of pains in the hands the last year. I wanted to gived a shot of full sarno and i decided to just live as i can but last week fot worse, not the pain but other symptoms. Like tightness in the whole arm, wear sensation in fingers, Even like the feeling i cant use My arms as presice as i could do last week before this episode so naturally i'm feeling scare.

I'm not an expert on RSI but I would suggest, like most symptoms, it's a combo platter. A legitimate symptom occurs because of something physical and then for some of us our brains latch on to that and worsen and continue it longer than need be.

You might like to look into soothing your nervous system. A hyperactive system can easily create this response/symptoms. It has for me. Check out my comments here:
