Does anyone know of a good app for your phone? I was talking with a therapist a couple months back and she gave me the name of an app for my phone that would help with self affirmations. It was a wheel and you fill in on the spokes of the wheel things that you like about yourself. I was wondering if anyone uses an app that helps them through out the day? With fear thoughts, or reminders, any on anxiety issues. It would be nice if there was a TMS app! I have so many crazy thoughts in my head, it'd be nice if I could just open an app and have something that reminds me to check in with myself.
