Hey guys, ever since I applied TMS theory to my Arm RSI, foot pain, low back pain then symptom imperative insomnia I have had severe appetite changes. I am super hungry all the time and have severe carb cravings. Is there literature or allegory on appetite & TMS? As in, can appetite be affected as a symptom imperative? I am gaining so much weight.

Years ago as a young adult(300+ lbs) I had appetite problems but no musculoskeletal problems, if that is relevant & it was highly psychological. I went down to 165lbs a few years ago and now im at 197lbs :O

Hi Jawarrior1,

We know that as one engages with TMS work, this often stirs emotions. if you relate your past obesity weight gain to emotional reasons, this does connect with doing TMS work. More simply put, appetite can have emotional influences.

I would suppose, not being a physician, that it would be important to get checked out by a doctor if there has been a strong shift, to eliminate anything systemic.
