i was diagnosed with anklyosing spondilitis due to buttock pain, HLA-B27 gene, and MRI of sacroiliac inflammation but think it might've been TMS, wondering if there are rheumatologists who are aware of mindbody connection and tms

The answer is no. They are in the business of the medical industry. You may as well be on another planet unfortunately. Your best bet is to consult with an MD in the field of TMS. Everything you describe is classic TMS.

Autoimmune diseases are usually excluded from the TMS frame (except by dr. Gabor Maté !) and rheumatologists are "hunting" for autoimmune diseases.
The big deal is: is truly anklyosing spondilitis an autoimmune disease ? Is it an inflamatory process?
Is your buttock pain due to anklyosing spondilitis? Don't be attached to your diagnostic, please.
